Haus Of Lucy Presents This Town

For her solo exhibition, ‘This Town’, Lucy has turned her attention to the high street. Noticing a distinct homogenisation of our towns, Lucy has turned a series of  chintzy shop fronts into the shops we see today; vape, charity and chicken shops, pawnbrokers and betting shops. ‘This Town’  explores the knock-on effect of the high street’s demise on our sense of connection and community, and asks, without a central place to meet and mingle, what will become of us?
