At Camden Open Air Gallery, we take great care in packaging and delivering your order safely and efficiently. Whether you’re purchasing original artwork, prints, or gallery merchandise, our goal is to get your items to you in excellent condition and in a timely manner.

Shipping Options & Rates

UK Standard Shipping

Cost: £4.95 (Free on orders over £100)
Delivery Time: 3–5 working days

UK Express Shipping

Cost: £9.95
Delivery Time: 1–2 working days
Orders placed before 12PM (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day.

Local Pickup (Camden, London)

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on location and package size
Delivery Time: 7–14 working days
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Artwork Handling and Packaging

All original artworks and fragile items are carefully packaged with protective materials. Larger works or limited editions may require additional handling time, typically 1–2 extra working days.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Please allow 1–2 working days for order confirmation and dispatch.

Tracking and Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at orders@camdenopenairgallery.com with your order number.

Delays and Exceptions

Please be aware that during busy periods, such as holidays or exhibition openings, dispatch times may be slightly delayed. We will always notify you in the event of any issues.
