About the Artist: Charles Uzzell Edwards, known globally as Pure Evil, was born in South Wales and is the son of late Welsh painter John Uzzell Edwards. After studying fashion and graphics in London, he moved to California where he worked as a designer for Anarchic Adjustment, a period that deepened his passion for street art. Returning to London, he began painting his now iconic fanged bunny rabbits, developing a style that draws on darkness, pop culture and urban energy across spray paint, neon, stencil, screen print and beyond. He has shown internationally including at VS Gallery in Melbourne, Cindy Lisica Gallery in Texas and Korsbarsgarden in Gotland, Sweden, and continues to make music, run workshops and lecture on street art.
