COAG x The Big Issue — “50 Years of Punk”
This Schedule 1 forms part of the COAG x The Big Issue “50 Years of Punk” Campaign Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). In the event of any conflict between this Schedule 1 and the main Terms, the main Terms shall prevail unless COAG states otherwise in writing.
1. DRAW IDENTIFICATION
Each draw (“Draw”) operated as part of the Campaign shall be identified by COAG through a published Draw listing on the Campaign website and/or entry platform, including a description of the applicable prize (“Prize”).
Each Draw will be operated independently and may relate to one unique artwork or prize item.
2. DRAW INFORMATION TO BE PUBLISHED
For each Draw, COAG shall publish or display the following minimum information (“Draw Particulars”):
Prize name and description
Prize image(s) where available
Opening date/time
Closing date/time
Draw date/time
Entry pricing and entry package details
The Promoter/Operator details
Any relevant delivery or collection notes
Any eligibility limitations applicable to that Draw
COAG reserves the right to update Draw Particulars where required for accuracy, compliance, or operational necessity.
3. HOW TO ENTER
Entries must be submitted through the official Campaign entry process hosted by COAG, including via Shopify checkout and/or an integrated draw administration platform.
Entries are only valid once payment has been successfully processed and recorded.
Entries submitted through unofficial channels, or through manipulated, automated, or fraudulent methods, shall be void.
4. ENTRY PACKAGES AND ENTRY ALLOCATION
COAG may offer entry packages at various price points. Each package shall provide a stated number of entries, which will be clearly displayed prior to purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, the Campaign entry packages are:
£10 — 1 entry
£20 — 3 entries
£30 — 5 entries
COAG reserves the right to amend entry packages, pricing, and entry allocation at any time. Any amendments shall not affect entries purchased prior to the amendment.
5. ENTRY LIMITS
COAG reserves the right to impose maximum entry limits for any Draw or the Campaign overall, including limits per person, per household, per payment method, per email address, or per device identifier.
Entry limits may be imposed for fairness, compliance, fraud prevention, and operational integrity.
Where entry limits are exceeded, COAG reserves the right to void excess entries and/or refund excess payments where appropriate.
6. OPENING AND CLOSING TIMES
Each Draw shall open and close at the date and time displayed on the relevant Draw page.
COAG’s system time and/or the draw platform system time shall be treated as the official timekeeper for determining valid entry deadlines.
Entries received after the published closing time will not be eligible.
COAG reserves the right to extend or shorten Draw closing times where required due to technical issues, regulatory requirements, or operational reasons.
7. VALID ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
An entry shall only be considered valid where:
payment is successfully completed;
the Entrant provides accurate name and contact information;
the Entrant meets the eligibility requirements;
the entry is submitted before the closing time; and
the entry is not fraudulent, duplicated through abuse, or otherwise in breach of the Terms.
COAG reserves the right to void entries that do not meet validity requirements.
8. ENTRY CONFIRMATION
Upon successful entry purchase, the Entrant will receive confirmation via email and/or on-screen confirmation.
It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure their email address is correct and to check spam/junk folders.
COAG is not responsible for confirmation emails failing due to third-party email providers or incorrect details supplied by the Entrant.
9. WINNER SELECTION METHOD
Each Winner will be selected fairly at random from all valid entries.
Winner selection may be carried out by:
random number generator selection;
an auditable draw method; and/or
a specialist third-party draw administration platform.
COAG’s decision regarding Winner selection shall be final, subject to applicable law.
10. DRAW DATE AND POSTPONEMENT
The draw date for each Draw will be displayed on the relevant Draw page.
COAG reserves the right to postpone a Draw where required due to:
technical failure;
platform outage;
suspected fraud;
regulatory concerns;
force majeure events.
Where a draw is postponed, COAG will update the published draw date/time on the Campaign website.
11. WINNER NOTIFICATION PROCESS
COAG will attempt to notify the Winner using the contact details provided at checkout.
Notification may be made by email, telephone, and/or other reasonable communication methods.
COAG is not responsible for inability to contact the Winner due to incorrect information provided by the Entrant.
12. WINNER RESPONSE DEADLINE
Winners must respond within 14 days of notification unless otherwise stated.
Where a Winner does not respond within the required timeframe, COAG reserves the right to:
disqualify the Winner; and/or
select an alternative Winner from remaining valid entries.
13. WINNER VERIFICATION
COAG reserves the right to require the Winner to provide verification documentation, including:
proof of identity (passport/driving licence);
proof of age;
proof of address.
Failure to provide verification within a reasonable time may result in disqualification.
14. PRIZE DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Prizes may be delivered by courier or made available for collection.
COAG will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Prize within 30 days of the draw date, subject to operational and logistical constraints.
If delivery is not possible due to location restrictions or other limitations, COAG may require the Winner to arrange collection from a COAG-approved location.
Where the Winner fails to accept delivery or collect the Prize within a reasonable timeframe, COAG reserves the right to treat the Prize as forfeited and to select an alternative Winner.
15. PRIZE CONDITION AND ARTWORK DISCLAIMER
Prizes may include original artworks, prints, or physical items. Due to the nature of art objects:
minor handling marks may exist;
colours may vary slightly from online photography;
framing may vary from displayed images unless explicitly stated.
Prizes are provided “as described” and COAG makes no additional warranties beyond the published description.
16. NO CASH ALTERNATIVE / NON-TRANSFERABILITY
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
no cash alternative will be offered;
Prizes are non-transferable;
Prizes may not be resold, exchanged, or substituted at the request of the Winner.
COAG reserves the right to substitute a Prize with one of equal or greater value where necessary due to circumstances outside COAG’s reasonable control.
17. REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS
Entries are generally non-refundable except where required under the Terms or applicable consumer law.
Where an Entrant initiates a chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent dispute, COAG reserves the right to void all associated entries and exclude the Entrant from the Campaign.
18. DISQUALIFICATION AND VOID ENTRIES
COAG reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant and void entries where COAG reasonably believes the Entrant has:
breached the Terms;
provided false or misleading information;
engaged in fraudulent payment activity;
attempted to manipulate the Campaign platform or draw outcome;
used automated entry systems or technical exploitation.
COAG’s decision shall be final, subject to applicable consumer law.
19. DATA AND COMMUNICATIONS
Entry confirmations and operational communications (including winner notifications) are necessary to administer the Draw and do not constitute marketing.
Marketing communications will only be sent where the Entrant has separately opted in.
20. GOVERNING LAW
This Schedule 1 shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be interpreted consistently with the governing law clause in the main Terms.
