About the Artist
Louise Rieger is a Kent-based oil painter of people, places, and people in places. After completing a BA in Illustration at Kent Institute of Art and Design, she had a successful career in television production before returning to painting full-time. Her work explores suburban, unposed, and nostalgic subjects, capturing landscapes, interiors, and figurative moments in snapshot-style compositions that evoke memory, emotion, and story.
