About the Artist
Louise Rieger is a Kent-based oil painter whose work explores people, places, and their interactions. After completing a BA in Illustration at Kent Institute of Art and Design, she had a successful career in television production before returning to painting full-time. Her snapshot-style, representational paintings highlight suburban, unposed, and nostalgic subjects, encouraging viewers to reflect on memory, story, and emotion.
