About the Artist
Louise Rieger is a UK-based oil painter of people, places, and people in places. After completing a BA in Illustration at Kent Institute of Art and Design, she enjoyed a successful career in television production before returning to painting full-time. Working from her home studio in Kent, Louise captures suburban, unposed, and nostalgic subjects, blending landscapes, interiors, and figurative work into snapshot compositions that explore memory, emotion, and the stories behind everyday moments.
