About the Artist
Louise Rieger is a UK-based oil painter working from her home studio in Kent. After completing a BA in Illustration at Kent Institute of Art and Design, she had a successful career in television production before returning to painting full-time. Her work focuses on suburban, unposed, and nostalgic subjects, ranging from local landscapes to interiors and figurative compositions. Through her snapshot-style paintings, Louise explores memory, emotion, and the broader narratives within ordinary moments.
