About the Artist
Emmie C Lyon is an interdisciplinary artist and educator working across painting, drawing, installation, and writing. Her fine art practice is rooted in walking, using it to connect with landscape through observation, touch, and reflection. She also illustrates for zines, writing, and pamphlets using hand-drawn and digital techniques. Her expressive linework and textured style adapt to the tone and themes of each project. Emmie also takes personal commissions, including portraits and custom pieces.
